The International Yehudi Menuhin Foundation (IYMF) is administered by an international Board, of which the founding President was Lord Menuhin. The current Chairman of the Board is Enrique Barón Crespo.
The supreme authority of the IYMF is the General Assembly. On a daily basis, it is managed by an Executive Committee, while the Sponsoring Committee focuses on the means of support and funding of the foundation’s projects.
Furthermore, the Honorary Committee comprises of personalities of the international artistic and intellectual scene, who through the years have helped the IYMF realise its aims.

 The General Assembly is the supreme authority of the IYMF. It usually holds one annual meeting at the end of spring or beginning of summer, organised by the secretariat of the IYMF.
Taking advantage of the opportunity of its members gathering together, the meetings of the General Assembly are usually combined with cultural events, like concerts, exhibitions or presentations.
